2024 Transformation and Operational Excellence Award

Deadline for applications is August 9, 2024.

This is awarded to a company that can demonstrate to the business community real world, bottom line results achieved through the adoption of continuous improvement and/or operational excellence tools and techniques.

While content is up to you, previous award winners focused on highlighting some of the following attributes:

Brief summary of who you are (what you make and how, years in business, etc.,)
Highlight your improvement journey (KPIs, cost savings, improved quality, reduced turnover, etc.)
Why was it important to get better? What was the driving force for improvement? (customer, market, leadership, etc.)
Culture – Your team, what makes you great and successful, your philosophy
Where you see the future heading, your vision

The award will be presented during the 2024 SC Manufacturing Summit.
