NEEDLE NANNY OF THE MONTH CLUB

Crazy Annie's Stitchin has teamed up with Stitch Dots to bring you a "NEEDLE NANNY of the MONTH" Club. You will now be able to choose your favorite cross stitch designer and get a fun needleminder from them each month with a snippet of their cross stitch design on it OR we can choose for you each month.

Stitch Dots currently offers Needle Nannies for thirteen popular cross stitch designers and I am sure there will be more coming down the road. So each month you can get whatever you want....your choice of designer and quantity. We know most of you will take 1 per month, but there may be a few who want more.....these make great gifts.
 
If you have more than one favorite designer, you can choose more than one option and we will mix it up each month for you. We have shown group photos below of some of the Needle Nannies that are available. If you wish to see more you can visit our website OR visit www.stitchdots.com and you can view them all there and then come back here to sign up. You can view them to pick out your favorite designer(s) you may want to receive each month. . 
 
PRICING: Needle Nannies retail for $ 12.00 each. By being part of our Needle Nanny club you will get them for $ 10.80 each month (10% off discount) , We will ship on the 15th of each month. 
 
We will bill you approx 1 week prior to us shipping out your order. We expect prompt payment of your invoice once it has been sent. We want to be able to mail on the 15th each month and delayed payments will result in delayed shipments.
 
WE CANNOT HOLD ORDERS.....in other words we expect payment at time of billing. We cannot sit on orders for weeks and chase you down for payment.  If this happens you will be canceled from the Club. Sorry, not trying to be harsh, but there are always a select few that sign up and don't pay. It is not pay when you feel like it....this is an auto club and we expect to be able to mail them out as soon as they arrive here. We cannot bring in product, pay for it and not be able to ship it out. So thank you for your understanding and prompt payments each month.  

AND as a SPECIAL BONUS for being in the club, each month we will draw one name just prior to us invoicing that months shipment and ONE LUCKY WINNER each month will be their Needle Nanny for FREE ! A "THANK YOU" from us for being part of our auto ship program.
 
PLUS we will send a FREEBIE chart from our archives each month along with your Needle Nanny....some are older freebies but we hope you wlil enjoy them. We all like a GOOD FREEBIE !

* 1. Would you like to join this Auto Ship Program? You will receive a fun NEEDLE NANNY each month in the mail. If you do not want to join, then you do not need to go any further.

Once an auto ship is billed to you and paid for, the items will be shipped and non-cancellable. You may HOWEVER cancel from the program at any time before the next release is billed. See last question on this form for more details on cancelling from the program.

* 2. There are currently 13 cross stitch designers that Stitch Dots is making Needle Nannies for. You can choose a particular designer that you would like to receive each month OR you can do a random membership and we will send you a Needle Nanny of our choice each month. They also have some fun quilting designers that have some really cute designs that we think you would like. So if you do a RANDOM then you may get a few of these here and there as well. 

NOTE: If they add new designers to their offerings, we will add them to the Club and give you the chance to add them to your rotation if you wish. 

For example: if you love Country Cottage Needleworks and want all Country Cottage Needle Nannies, then check that box. Then each month you will get a Needle Nannie only from CCN. OR maybe you want to mix it up....you like Country Cottage, Blackbird Designs and Lizzie Kate.....well check all 3 and we will mix it up and send you a different one each month from one of the designers you have chosen OR maybe you don't care. In that case, we will send you a surprise each month with the RANDOM offer.

We will send you a quantity of one each month. If you would like more than one, then please make a note in the comments section below and we will be happy to send to you whatever you would like to receive each month. You may want to get an extra one each month for gifts, giveaways, swaps or whatever reason.

* 3. We will ship on the 15th of each month and bill you approx 1 week prior to us shipping. We will send you a PAYPAL invoice for the total due for that month. Please make payment promptly so as soon as the Needle Nannies arrive here we can mail them out right away.
