Westlock & District Vital Signs Community Survey

At the Westlock Community Foundation, we believe that how we live our lives and interact with others directly impacts our quality of life – our social wellbeing.

We are excited to launch the Vital Signs project, a comprehensive initiative aimed at identifying our community's strengths and areas for improvement. As part of this project, we're conducting a survey to gather insights from residents of the Town of Westlock, Westlock County, and the Village of Clyde on key social issues. This survey should take between 15 and 20 minutes to complete.

Your voice matters! By sharing your thoughts, ideas, and perspectives, you'll play a crucial role in helping us plan better programs, services, and supports for our community. The insights you provide will guide community organizations, local government, and all of us as residents in setting priorities and making decisions that enhance our quality of life.

We've designed the survey with five key categories to get a holistic understanding of social development in Westlock and District:

Connection and Belonging: How do people get involved in the community and connect with one another?
Health and Wellbeing: How do people feel about the health and wellbeing of themselves and others?
Access to Supports and Services: How do people get help or support when they need it?
Community Wellbeing: How well does our community support each other and create a place where everyone can thrive?
Demographic Information: Tell us about yourself, your family, and where you live.
