Over the next couple of years World Energy will be converting the former petroleum refinery and asphalt plant to a 100% renewable energy facility. As with any construction project of this scale, there will be impacts on our immediate neighbors while we build towards a cleaner and healthier future.

In order to mitigate impacts on our immediate neighbors, as defined by the City of Paramount’s Environmental Impact Report, World Energy is providing up to 2 portable indoor air purifiers per household located: approximately 250 feet west of Downey Ave., north of Somerset Blvd and south of the railroad tracks; north of Rancho Vista Street and 1,000 feet south of the facility; 250 feet east of the facility; extending 550 feet north of the facility.

If your residence is located within this defined area and you wish to participate in this program, please complete this form. Note that only one form can be submitted per address. The program will conclude at the end of construction.
