Introduction

Wellington Electricity is the Electricity Distribution Business that manages the poles, wires and equipment that provide electricity to approximately 420,000 people in the Wellington, Porirua, Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt areas.

Our goal is to provide a reliable service at an affordable cost. Cost and reliability go hand in hand, so by answering a few questions in this survey, we can understand what is important to you as an electricity consumer.
