Introduction

Thank you for completing this evaluation survey for TMC Works. The goal of this survey is to understand the impact of the program on its participants, partner programs and Idaho's workforce. The survey will ask questions about your experience as a STEM Ambassador, your future career plans, and the skills you improved upon during the program. This survey will take up to 30 minutes. Questions with an asterixis (*) next to the number are required. Your honest and constructive feedback is greatly appreciated!

This survey is administered by the Idaho Out-of-School Network (ION). Your responses are anonymous and will be kept confidential. The data collected from this survey will be used by ION to evaluate and improve the TMC Works programs. Anonymous data may be shared with ION's funding partners and stakeholders, and used for marketing or publication.
