Dental Professional Survey |
1.
Dear dental professional,
The Spondylitis Association of America (SAA), is the largest nonprofit in the U.S. dedicated to seeking a cure for Ankylosing Spondylitis and related diseases, and to empower those affected to live life to the fullest. As part of their dedication, SAA provides information in order to educate physicians, dentists and emergency medical personnel in the recognition and treatment of those affected. SAA is publishing an article on “Dentistry and Individuals Affected by Spondyloarthritis” in Spondylitis Plus, their quarterly membership magazine. In addition, a white paper on this subject will be submitted for publication to the American Dental Association. Ms. Christine Farrow-Noble and Dr. Craig Gimbel will be co-authors. They plan to utilize candid anonymous information from the following survey in order to determine access to care, understanding of spondyloarthritis as a disease by the dental profession and precautions taken during treatment. A corresponding survey will be sent out to those affected by spondyloarthritis in order to obtain further information. This survey is intended for both those dentists that have treated patients with spondyloarthritis and those who have not. Your completion of this survey is appreciated.
All information will be considered strictly confidential. Please do not enter your name.
Thank you.
Christine Farrow-Noble
