Maine Public Health Association, a statewide non-profit dedicated to promoting health and well-being, is circulating this assessment to a sample of stakeholders (municipal leaders, school officials, health professionals) across the state who were engaged in their communities' COVID-19 response. MPHA will analyze the responses, and use them to draft recommendations and materials to improve local public health responses.

The purpose of this survey is to review response efforts, and identify lessons learned during the emergency phase of the COVID-19 pandemic across different communities in Maine.
The term "community" may refer to your town, city, or county depending on your involvement in response efforts.
