As FSU prepares to enter into negotiations for a new Westpac Group Enterprise Agreement it is critical we hear your feedback on the FSU Claim. In developing our claim we factor in results of our recent survey.
Its now time for FSU members to hear the full details of the Claim, and to assist in this process, a series of paid time meetings and teleconferences are to be held across the country over the coming weeks.
Who Should attend?
FSU Workplace Reps or another FSU member from our workplace/team should attend a meeting. The meetings are approved by the bank, for one hour without loss of pay and will be held during work time.
Every workplace and team should send along one person to a meeting. That Person will then take the details back to FSU members in their workplace for a vote to be taken. Talk to your team mates to ensure your workplace/team is represented at the meetings.
