WALGA’s continued success depends on our people. We aim to put people at the centre of everything we do and ensure that you are engaged and connected to WALGA and its values, vision and purpose. Our continuous improvement isn’t possible without your valuable input.
 
It has been a year since our last Employee Experience and Culture Feedback Survey, which brought about quite a few changes, initiatives and helped us set future goals. This survey will ask you to provide feedback on the actions of that survey, add to our new Employee Value Proposition and capture your views on our organisational culture, engagement, experiences and development.
 
We require you to input your portfolio to allow us to track year on year. Unless you choose to provide your name, the answers we receive will remain anonymous.
