The survey is open to anyone ages 18 through 25 who has experienced -- or is experiencing -- foster care. The information will be used to help improve programs and help change foster care policies.
We will send you a Target gift certificate valued at $15 after you complete the survey and supply a confidential email or mailing address.
You will also be able to sign up for a possible follow up interview, for which you could earn an additional $25.
