Copy of Gas-Powered Leaf Blowers in Garden City (Only for Garden City residents aged 18 years or older)

The Garden City Environmental Advisory Board has been discussing the use of gas-powered commercial leaf blowers used by landscapers. At this point the discussion, the focus is whether to limit the use of commercial gas-powered leaf blowers. This does not include electric leaf blowers.
.Garden City currently has no restrictions on gas-powered leaf blowers. Would you like to see restrictions placed on gas-powered leaf blowers in GC?
.Would you support a seasonal ban on all gas-powered leaf blowers, perhaps a prohibition from June 15 - Sept 15 every year?
.Would you support allowing gas-powered leaf blowers only for spring and fall clean up? (April 1 - May 15 and Oct 15 - Dec 15)
.If a seasonal ban on gas-powered leaf blowers were instituted, should there be an exemption for clean-up after severe weather?
.Would you support a complete, year-round ban on gas-powered leaf blowers?
.Would you support a village-wide ban on all commercial landscaper activity in Garden City on Sundays?
.On Saturdays, commercial landscapers are only allowed to operate in Garden City between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Would you support shrinking those available hours of operation further?
.Should commercial landscapers be required to remove and cart away the leaves instead of leaving them in piles on the street?
