Stall Holders and Displays Application Form - Pasifika Celebration 2025

The Cassowary Coast Regional Council, the Queensland Government and local regional supporters are excited to be holding the first Pasifika Celebration 2025 at WARRINA LAKES, INNISFAIL on SATURDAY 3 MAY 2025 from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm. We are actively looking for stall holders, performers, displays from the following Nations -

Samoa
Tonga
Cook islands
Niue
Tokelau
Tuvalu
French Polynesia
Micronesia
Kiribati
Marshall Islands
Nauru
Palau
Fiji
Papua New Guinea
Solomon Islands
Vanuatu
New Caledonia
And their neighbours such as Timor-Leste, New Zealand, Torres Strait and Indonesia are also invited.

As this is a community event, we are also looking to service providers for support such as stall holders, marquees etc. more details below.

The closing date for expression of interest will be 7 April 2025 and we will be having the first stall holder, supporters and helpers meeting on 14 April . Please ensure you have all of the relevant information back to us by this date.
