2025 PDE Data Summit - Presentation Submissions

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2025 PDE Data Summit. This year's event will be held at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA from March 24th - 26th, 2025. Please use this form to submit your proposed Data Summit presentation. If you want to propose multiple presentations, submit each one individually (2 submissions - 2 forms, and so on). Submissions must be completed by November 8th. Submissions will be reviewed, and individuals will be notified following the selection process by December 6th.

Selected presenters must submit their presentation file(s) to the Data Summit Team by February 24th, 2025. Presenters are also expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session with access to their presentation(s) (jump drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).

Be prepared to provide all required information when you begin your submission. This includes the number of co-presenters, co-presenter names and email addresses, presentation title, description, type, competency level, etc. You will not be able to return edit or complete the survey once you leave the browser or submit by clicking "Done". Only completed submissions will be considered.
