Fort Greene Park Conservancy -  Board Interest Form

FGPC would like to know a little more about you and your interest in serving on the Board of the Directors of the Conservancy. We'd like you to provide a voluntary self-assessment as well as self-identified demographic data.

All current FGPC board members have completed this form to help us maintain a Board matrix. The matrix is a tool we use to identify gaps in expertise and leadership on our Board, and to sustain and grow the diversity of the organization.

Please note that the questions and answers for race & ethnicity align with 2024 census standards; however, we encourage everyone to elaborate and be more specific in the "How do you describe your ethnicity?" section.

Your specific responses are only accessible to the Executive and Nominating Committees, the Executive Director, and development staff.
