The entry form should be completed and submitted together with all supporting documents by 31 August 2021.  Please fill out in English.  
 
In addition to this entry form, your project dossier should be posted to UNESCO Bangkok by mail, postmarked no later than 31 August 2021.

Drawings submitted to UNESCO in the online entry form should show:
  • For all projects: maps showing location of project in neighborhood, in city, in country (can be an aerial photograph).
  • For building projects: site plan, floor plans and sections, showing pre- and post-restoration conditions.  Elevation drawings are optional. All alterations/new additions should be clearly marked in color. 
  • For settlements: street elevation drawings, a district plan showing building footprints, and site plan/floor plans/sections of key buildings which were conserved.
  • All drawings should be reduced to A4 size and have legends that indicate scale and direction. 
- To upload in the online entry form, please make one single PDF document of the drawings that does not exceed the size of 16MB.
- Additional drawings can be included in the project dossier that is posted to UNESCO by mail.

Photographs submitted to UNESCO in the online entry form should show:
  • For all projects: pre-and post-restoration conditions, including the overall appearance of the building in its setting, exterior and interior views (minimum 5 pairs of photographs showing BEFORE and AFTER conditions, preferably from the same camera angle).
  • For all projects: details of the conservation project in progress (minimum 3 photographs), including people at work, details of materials and building/conservation techniques used.
  • For all projects: current use (minimum 3 photographs) of the conserved property by residents, tenants or visitors (festivals, events, exhibits, etc.)
  • For projects that encompass a number of heritage assets: photo documentation as listed above should be showing each heritage asset.
  • For settlements and landscapes:  also provide an overall shot of the streetscape, townscape, landscape, etc.
