We are aware that retailers have each set up their Security Operations Centres (SOC's) for different purposes, based on their unique business context and needs.
The purpose of this study is to explore the current and planned uses of SOCs, providing study participants with unique insights as to how, and for what reason, retailers are leveraging SOC's in their business.
