The Uxbridge Public Library Board and Township Council are seeking input on ways to improve the Zephyr Library and Zephyr Community Hall. This survey explores community support for the proposal to move the Library to the Zephyr Hall.

Limited options at the current Zephyr Library to make it fully accessible in combination with rising operating costs, the liability of losing the current well and current parking lot prompted this proposal.

Please take a moment to respond to the following statements and questions.
This survey is open to the residents of the Township of Uxbridge until July 20th, 2024. As such, in order to respond, your name and address is required. Individual responses will be kept confidential. While multiple responses per IP address can be submitted, only the first 2 survey results from each IP address will be included in the results. Upon request, the Library will provide a copy of the survey in an accessible format and/or provide supports to aid with the completion of the survey. For assistance, please visit the Zephyr library or call the Zephyr library at (905) 473‑2375 or the Uxbridge Library at (905) 852‑9747.

Insights from this survey will be used when the Library board reviews all the information related to the proposal. The library will share a summary of survey results in September, 2024 with the information available on the library website and will be posted in the Zephyr Public Library.
