National Trust Podcast Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is not open to National Trust employees or their immediate families or anyone associated with the prize draw.

2. All information detailing how to enter this prize draw forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all terms and conditions are adhered to. Submission of a completed survey will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. By submitting a completed survey, you are entitled to one entry into the prize draw and will be automatically entered. Only one entry per person. Entrants must supply their name and email address along with the completed survey. These contact details will be used to contact you if you are successful in the prize draw.

4. All entries must be received by midnight on the 30th September 2024 to qualify for the prize draw. Surveys completed after this date will not be entered.

5. The winner will be chosen at random.

6. You must be over 16 to enter.

7. The winner will be notified by email by 5 days after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted in 5 business days, we reserve the right to randomly select another winner. The winner will receive their prize no more than 30 days after being contacted.

8. The winner of the National Trust podcast survey prize draw will win a £50 National Trust shop gift voucher. Terms and conditions apply. There is one £50 voucher available to be won. This voucher is valid at our online shop for two years from issue and is not exchangeable for any other offer or cash alternative. This voucher can be used in conjunction with our free delivery over £50 offer. This voucher is valid online only and cannot be used in our physical shops. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

9. The surname and county of the winner will be made available on request.

10. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the National Trust and accordingly the National Trust may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.

11. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
