Have you watched our COVID-19 vaccine information videos?

This survey seeks feedback on Women’s Health Victoria’s recent video information campaign around COVID-19 vaccine safety for Victorian women. You will need to have watched our campaign videos before participating in this survey.

Participation is optional, anonymous and confidential. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes of your time.

Participants also have the opportunity to go into a draw to win one of 4 $50 Visa gift cards.
