Example: Continuous use of and improvements to the Climate Lens Framework for evaluating future mobility projects
Example: Advocate for and support increasing low- and zero-emissions travel options to and from London (such as better regional and intercity bus and passenger rail service for both commuters as well as business and recreational travel)

London's mobility system is resilient to the impacts of climate change and is adapted to future climate conditions.

Example: More street trees and other shade measures for sidewalks
Example: More bus shelters for transit riders
Example: Existing mobility infrastructure is assessed for climate risk impacts (such as river flooding, extreme rainfall, extreme heat)

Regular and consistent data collection and analysis provide insights on travel patterns over time and inform mobility-related decisions.

Example: Regularly occurring travel demand surveys that include weekend trips as well as people who commute to/from London
Example: More frequent collection of mobility data (i.e. updated annually) to identify trends faster
Example: Intelligent Traffic Signals and other technology to collect and analyze data on how Londoners more around town

Emerging technologies are effectively used to advance London's mobility and climate goals.

Example: Transition to zero-emission transit buses as soon as practical
Example: Develop an Electric Mobility Implementation Plan
Example: Connected and autonomous vehicles are deployed in a manner that does not make things worse (i.e. increases traffic congestion and emissions)
