4th QTR TRAINEE SURVEY

The following survey is part the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) Graduate Allied Health Education (GAHE) program evaluation.  As part of a successful program study assessment, it is important for SAUSHEC to assist in fostering a clinical learning climate that is healthy and promotes learning.  This survey will help guide SAUSHEC in coordination with the program leadership to assess what the program is doing well and where improvements need to be made. 

Your answers are completely anonymous.  We can track compliance with completion of the survey but cannot link any of the responses.  Please be candid in your responses to ensure that the appropriate information is gathered to evaluate the overall program.
