Vaughan Community Spaces Plan Community Survey |
Overview
The City of Vaughan and Vaughan Public Libraries are preparing a Community Spaces Plan to inform when and where new indoor and outdoor recreation and library facilities will be provided and how existing spaces can be improved to meet community needs. The plan will identify priorities for the next 5 to 25 years.
This survey will help us get a better understanding of what is important to you when it comes to these spaces and services.

Instructions:
The results of this survey will be used for the purposes of this Community Spaces Plan only and will be used along with other inputs to develop recommendations that will be considered by the City. Should you have any questions, please direct your inquiries to CommunitySpaces@vaughan.ca or 905 832-2281 ext. 3004.
Personal information in this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used for the purpose of analyzing the feedback collected and confirming we have obtained feedback representative of the broader Vaughan community to inform the Community Spaces Plan.

- This survey will be available until October 18, 2024 and should take about 10 to 20 minutes to complete.
- Only one submission per person is permitted. You are encouraged to include all members of your household while answering the questions.
- Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and if you decide not to participate, you may withdraw from this survey at any time.
- All responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only.
