This research is being conducted by the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession's ("IILP") Social Impact Incubator ("SII"). It is intended to measure 1) the activities attorneys engage in for career advancement/professional development both internally and externally; 2) the amount of time expended on these activities; 3) the degree to which these activities, if they have a diversity and inclusion component, are valued by employers; and, 4) whether the amount of time and how it is spent differs significantly depending upon an attorney's gender, race/ethnicity, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age. ALL individual responses will be confidential; findings will be summarized and only reported in aggregate form.
