ACT Volunteering Statement Action Plan Consultation The ACT Volunteering Statement is a whole-of-government and whole-of-community commitment to supporting and recognising volunteers. The ACT Volunteering Statement is a high-level, principles-based document that requires an accompanying Action Plan. Below are the eight actions that have been suggested to accompany the ACT Volunteering Statement.
