Congratulations on your nomination for the “2023 Best Under 40 Entrepreneur of the Year” award presented by Coastal YPN!
This award is to recognize and honor young professionals through their entrepreneurship, have transformed economies, driven innovation and changed communities.
In response to your nomination, we ask you to fill out the nomination questionnaire below before 5 p.m. on April 3, 2023. Restate each question with your answers.
Entrepreneur of the Year Award selection will be made by a group of local entrepreneurs, Chamber representatives, and volunteers representing the Coastal membership, and all decisions are final. All qualified nominees will be honored at the Best Under 40 Awards.
Entrepreneur of the Year Eligibility:
- Open to anyone living or working in Sheboygan County.
- Must be age 21-40 on or before December 31, 2022.
- Previous recipients are not eligible to receive the same award two years in a row.
- Must provide responses to all application questions. These responses are what the judges will be reading. Please be descriptive in your answers.
