If you would like to set up an Alison Learning Centre (ALC) within your community, please complete the following form, which is the first stage of the 3-stage application process.

You are required to answer all questions and provide sufficient detail in the spaces given to support your application.

You will be invited to proceed to the second stage if the ALC programme management consider your submittance at this stage sufficiently strong.
