As SEIU Members at Mayo St. Marys, we have the right to negotiate together to improve our jobs. Our union contract expires April 22, 2024, and negotiations begin February 29th. This survey will be used to set priorities for our upcoming contract. This is your opportunity to weigh in on what priorities we should focus on improving.

Increasing our wages will always be a top priority for the Union. We have catch up to do to meet market parity, as well as make up for the difference between union and non-union raises in the last year and the increase in cost of living.
