Dunvegan Community Action Plan (outside DCC) Welcome The Dunvegan Community Action Plan project is being facilitated by Dunvegan Community Trust with the support of Dunvegan Community Council (DCC). The resulting Plan will belong to everyone: to demonstrate needs and plan projects to address them. We welcome responses from everyone connected to the Dunvegan area. Dunvegan Community Trust SCIO (DCT) is a development trust compliant with Community Right-to-Buy legislation (under Pt.2 of the Land Reform Scotland Act and the Community empowerment Act) It is currently the only compliant group in the area.
