Confirmation - This tour is not considered to be confirmed until you receive an email reply from the staff of the BCC.

Lead Time - All tour requests must be submitted at least 8 business days before the desired visit date.

Protection of Minor (POM) - Failure to comply with any of the stipulations in Vanderbilt's POM Policy will result in the immediate termination of the tour.

Damages - The trip sponsor/leader will be held financially liable for any damages to the Black Cultural Center.

Limitations - The BCC only provides tours of our facility. The staff and student ambassadors will not provide general tours of the Vanderbilt campus. For general tours, please visit: https://admissions.vanderbilt.edu/visit/
