Introduction
CMHA York Region and South Simcoe (YRSS)’s current Strategic Plan, Revolutionizing Care, Delivering Results, is due to expire in 2025.
CMHA YRSS is now in the process of developing a new strategic plan to guide the organization’s direction over the next three years - guided by a bold vision for the future of mental health and addictions care in our community and informed by the challenges currently seen in mental health and addictions care that have been exacerbated by COVID-19.
If you are a member of the CMHA YRSS community – we would like to hear your views on the organization as it exists today, and where we should focus our attention over the next three years and into the future.
If you are a staff member or volunteer, we would ask you to please fill out our dedicated staff and volunteer survey.
The following survey will be available through to July 30th, 2024, at 5 PM EST, and will be managed by CMHA YRSS’s consulting partner, Santis Health.
All feedback will remain confidential and will only be shared with CMHA YRSS through high-level themes.
