Registration Form

We are delighted to open registration for this year's Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) Meat Voucher Scheme. Vouchers are worth up to £180, and the amount allocated will be based on the size of your school.
.
As with last year, schools will be assigned a nominated butcher who will be ready to assist you with your order. This ensures you receive Quality Assured Scotch Beef UK GI, Scotch Lamb UK GI, and Specially Selected Pork from an approved provider. When you receive your voucher, please take note of your nominated butcher and their contact details. We understand that not every school has a member of the Scotch Butcher's Club nearby, so some may be allocated a supplier who can deliver directly. If you encounter any issues with this part of the Meat Voucher Scheme, please don’t hesitate to call us—we don’t want anyone to miss out!
.
Vouchers are valid for the purchase of Scotch Beef UK GI, Scotch Lamb UK GI, and Specially Selected Pork, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Purchases of other meats must be covered by the school.

Tasty Little Weeks
We are excited to once again offer Tasty Little Weeks, which will be spread throughout the academic year. These weeks focus on one type of meat at a time and are designed to inspire you with lesson plans, pupil resources, and delicious recipes to try in class. Keep an eye out for our e-newsletters, where you will be able to access these free resources!
.
Dates for each Tasty Little Week are:
.
  • Tasty Little Pork Week - w/c 28th October 2024
  • Tasty Little Lamb Week - w/c 25th November 2024 (to coincide with ‘Lamb for St Andrew's’)
  • Tasty Little Beef Week - w/c 10th February 2025
.
Remember, your voucher can be used in one go or spread out over multiple visits. Just chat with your butcher about your learning plans to coordinate accordingly.
.
Lamb for St Andrew's Day
Once again, United Auctions (UA) and the Institute of Auctioneers and Appraisers in Scotland (IAAS) are funding the Lamb for St Andrew's Day Schools Campaign. Please note that this campaign is separate from the QMS Meat Voucher Scheme and is organised by the Auctioneers. Therefore, you will need to apply for both, but we will support the campaign with resources during our Scotch Lamb Tasty Little Week. More details will be provided closer to the time.
