Thank you for your interest in being a Swag Bag participant at the Celebrating the Entrepreneurial Imagination Book Launch Event for What Color Is Your Imagination?, presented by Owens Burton Consulting.

Please complete this form in full. We will use the information to select those companies and organizations who will become partners in this experiential marketing event.

Please be reminded that all potential participants will be reviewed for their (1) appropriateness, (2) lack of conflict/competition with other approved participants, and (3) the utilitarian and aesthetic benefits of their proposed PRODUCTS FOR SALE or SWAG BAG insert. For example, we would not accept vendors or product placement from firearms or tobacco related products and all swag bag inserts must be usable and not just advertising, coupons are acceptable, but not flyers only.

Swag Bag participants must provide at least 200 items by September 16, 2019.

Choosing the right giveaway for a goodie bag at an event can be a positive and productive marketing activity . . . if done right. Since this is an event celebrating imagination, innovation and creativity, please try to be creative in what you plan to provide.

Thank you for your information. We will begin reviewing the applicants for inclusion in the roster of swag bag participants for the event August 15th and on a rolling basis until the launch party. Once a vendor has been selected for a particular category, we will not include any other vendor in that category.

We will notify you by August 19th or within one week of applying of your status. If you are selected for inclusion, you will be invoiced and have two (2) business days to pay the invoice. Those who choose to participate in the Swag Bag must provide their items to Owens Burton Consulting by September 16, 2019.
