Survey of Surveyors: CoP & Complaint Investigation Process |
Introduction
The Vermont Division of Licensing and Protection (DLP) has asked for the Vermont Program for Quality in Health Care Inc. (VPQHC) to support an additional avenue for collecting feedback on the survey/complaint investigation process from hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health agencies. While this alternative means for providing feedback is being offered, direct communication with DLP continues to be highly encouraged.
The survey is available to any staff involved in the survey/investigation process No identifying information will be collected, and all results will be kept confidential and aggregated by VPQHC periodically. The intent of the survey is to improve survey experiences for both facilities and surveyors - this will not be used to penalize facilities nor to facilitate individual performance evaluation on behalf of DLP.
At the end of the survey, you will be given the opportunity to provide additional comments/feedback for any items not covered, or to provide supplemental information on a previous response.
