Dispute Resolution Services Stakeholder Survey

DWC provides dispute resolution services relating to indemnity and medical necessity disputes to system participants using a multi-tiered administrative process consisting of benefit review conferences (BRC), contested case hearings (CCH), and appeal panel reviews.

DWC manages disputes in a legacy computer system that needs replacement with modern technology. To facilitate modernization efforts, DWC is conducting a survey of its' dispute resolution services. Your feedback is important to ensure that future automation meets the needs of all Texas workers’ compensation system stakeholders.
