DWC provides dispute resolution services relating to indemnity and medical necessity disputes to system participants using a multi-tiered administrative process consisting of benefit review conferences (BRC), contested case hearings (CCH), and appeal panel reviews.

DWC manages disputes in a legacy computer system that needs replacement with modern technology. To facilitate modernization efforts, DWC is conducting a survey of its' dispute resolution services. Your feedback is important to ensure that future automation meets the needs of all Texas workers’ compensation system stakeholders. Please provide your input by completing this survey by September 15, 2023.
