The Kelly Children's Home is a nonprofit supporting homeless teens or those aging out of foster care. Because of the work they do and the residents they support, I understand that a confidentiality agreement and background check will be required prior to any engagement with youth or entry into the group home.

I will be expected to attend a brief volunteer orientation

As a volunteer with The Kelly Children's Home, I am expected to maintain a high standard of personal conduct both while representing the organization and in everyday life. Volunteers are required to uphold good standing in the community and demonstrate responsible, ethical behavior at all times. Any actions or behaviors that may negatively impact the safety, well-being, or reputation of the organization or the individuals we serve may result in the termination of volunteer involvement. Your role as a volunteer reflects the values and mission of our organization, and we ask that you adhere to these standards of responsibility, integrity, and respect in all aspects of your involvement.
