Bexar Metro 9-1-1 does have policies for all event attendees to adhere by:
• In compliance with Bexar Metro Facility Access and Security Policy, photography is only allowed in general areas without prior authorization from Bexar Metro; any other photography and/or media coverage must have prior approval by the Bexar Metro Executive Director.
• Only food and/or drinks as specified in Bexar Metro Consumables Policy is allowed in the Quarry Run meeting rooms and training rooms without prior authorization from Bexar Metro. All drinks must be in approved spill-proof containers with a lid. Consuming beverages is strictly prohibited in any area containing critical equipment. All consumables must be discarded in a “General Waste” trash receptacle.
• The names of all event attendees must be provided to Bexar Metro, by the requestor, no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Any individual not listed will not be permitted to access the facility. All persons and their belongings are subject to screening.
• All persons who enter the facility must be in business casual attire.
• With the exception of commissioned peace officers with proper identification, no person may enter the facility with any weapons. All others will be asked to return any weapon concealed or not to their vehicle for safekeeping.
• Smoking and the use of any tobacco products is prohibited on all Bexar Metro facilities.
