SCACL HOUSING NEEDS SURVEY

Our confidentiality commitment: DP Consulting will be collecting personal information by way of a questionnaire and facilitated sessions for the purpose of providing input to Sunshine Coast Association for Community Living Association’s Housing Plan. DP Consulting and SCACL staff will have access to the completed surveys and to information gathered at sessions (on-line and in-person) for long term planning purposes but this will only be used to produce aggregated and anonymized outputs. No information pertaining to individuals or families will be shared with the general public nor with government entities, Crown Corporations or other service users/ service providers. The consultants and SCACL will protect personal information by making reasonable security arrangements against risks such as unauthorized access, collection, use or disclosure of personal information.
