Michael Garron Hospital’s (MGH) organizational strategic plan is an important foundational document that guides all of the work we do. It represents our commitment to each other and to our community and it helps guide the actions we will take to achieve our goals.

As our current plan is set to end in 2025, we are launching consultations to help inform our new plan that will lay out an exciting path for our hospital over the next decade. We are looking for your valuable insight and feedback to help shape the future together.
