2024 ISTA Annual Test Protocol Feedback As part of ISTA’s annual protocol review, the Standards Council is seeking your feedback, through a brief survey, on protocols 3B, 3L, 6-Amazon.com-Over Boxing, and 6-FedEx-B. The information will be reviewed by the Standards Council to help identify both Technical and Editorial improvement opportunities. Your participation and feedback are appreciated. Question Title * 1. What is your ISTA Classification? Carrier: Any organization primarily engaged in the transportation or distribution of goods in commerce. Shipper: Any organization that enters goods into physical distribution (product manufacturer or brand owner). Supplier: Any organization engaged in the supply of materials, goods or services relating to the physical distribution of goods. Retailer: A company that buys products from a manufacturer or wholesaler and sells them to end users. Testing Laboratory: Any independent (3rd Party) laboratory engaged in pre-shipment testing of packaged-products. Individual or Student: Individual is someone who is retired for the packaging industry or currently self employed as a Packaging Consultant.
