Strategic Priorities Survey

We look forward to supporting public and private organizations getting to know each other’s work and explore opportunities to work together.

To prepare for summit discussions, we request that each organization complete this survey, summarizing current strategic and funding priorities and other information helpful for participants to review prior to the summit and to inform event planning. Please keep responses concise, focusing on key elements of your work. We are particularly interested in hearing about efforts tackling complex community challenges that include racial or other equity considerations.

 

Please feel free to include weblinks in responses that summarize information on your organization you would like to share. One survey should be submitted by each organization to be shared with other participating organizations.

 

Responses are due Friday, September 9, 2022. We expect the survey to take about 15 minutes.
