Ivybridge Town Council is exploring a transformative opportunity to enhance community facilities for local residents. We are seeking your views on a potential site purchase that could significantly improve the quality of life for people in Ivybridge, Ugborough and the surrounding area.

Financial Consideration
It is important to note that this potential investment would likely result in an increase in the Town Council's Precept, which would be reflected in Ivybridge Council Tax rates. We believe the substantial community benefits outweigh the minimal additional cost.
