2015 Vancouver Farmers Markets Shopper Survey

Regularly we like check in with our shopper community to see how the markets are doing at delivering the experience you expect.  We are asking for help from you to help us find areas in need of improvement and highlight the things we're doing well.  This survey offers us the opportunity to get more detail on things that are important to you as well as helping us find out more about you and your shopping habits.

This survey closed January 31, 2016 at 11:59pm. 

All those who complete a majority of questions on this survey can enter to win $50 in market money. The draw will be made on February 1st. Of course, you can also submit your responses anonymously but unfortunately, we won't be able to enter you in the draw to win.

Please note, that name and contact information collected for the draw will be used only for the draw and won't be revealed during the review of the feedback.
