Five Oaks Kids Survey

Thank you for filling out this quick survey to help us plan the Five Oaks Kids schedule from Sept 2023 - Aug 2024.

We are hoping to make a couple of changes this fall. One is to add a classroom on Saturdays. If you are open to serving on Saturdays, we would greatly appreciate it! We are also striving to have two adult leaders in every classroom.
