INTRODUCTION

This survey is brought to you by the members of the Diversity and Community Enrichment class and the Black Student Union. The purpose of this survey is to gather the opinions of high school students concerning the current events and issues involving race. The results of this survey will be used by the Mystic Valley Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), which is an organization devoted to ensuring political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights for all people to eliminate race-based discrimination.
