Application Instructions

PURPOSE
This scholarship is awarded to a diabetes care and education specialist and provides complimentary registration to the ADCES Annual Meeting.
AWARD
Complimentary registration to the ADCES Annual Meeting.
ELIGIBILTY
  • Be a current ADCES member for at least two (2) years at time of submission.
  • Applicants are only eligible for a scholarship once every three (3) years.
  • Invited speakers are not eligible for scholarships.
CRITERIA
  • Recipient acknowledges that highlights from the application may be used by ADCES for such purposes as sharing best practices, advertising, publicity, and promotion for or solicitation of future applications.
  • Recipient agrees to submit a post-event testimonial (written, recorded, or videotaped) as requested in accordance with the timeline established.
    APPLICATION PROCESS
    • CV or Resume must be included
    • Applications MUST be submitted by March 3, 2025
    • Scholarships will be awarded by May 23, 2025 via email

    By submitting an application, I understand and agree to abide by the entry and eligibility requirements indicated. I understand that all materials submitted in conjunction with the scholarship application will not be returned.

    I also understand that, if selected and I fail to respond to the deadlines for submitting the necessary information to process the registration scholarship, I will forfeit receipt of the scholarship. Staff will provide the important deadlines upon receipt and notifications.
