Climate change awareness and action survey

This survey is designed to understand the awareness of climate change amongst those working in Radiotherapy and Oncology. It is also aimed at understanding the changes that people have made on an individual level, and would like to see from ESTRO and from their departments.

The survey is anonymous and the data will be stored on the password-protected Survey Monkey account belonging to ESTRO. By participating and completing this survey you consent to the anonymous use of your answers for any resulting abstracts or publications.

Demographics questions are included at the end to identify possible differences between groups but they are not mandatory. If you prefer not to answer any of these questions this option is included.

The questionnaire should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
