Please note - to qualify for field trip pricing, your educational group MUST include 10 or more students. Adult chaperones are required at an 8:1 ratio and must be over the age of 18.

Primary Contact Information
Each field trip or reservation at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum must have a designated primary contact person. This individual will be responsible for:
  • Receiving and distributing all essential trip information.
  • Receiving and managing payment details for processing.
  • Assisting with logistical planning and coordination for the group.
If multiple contacts are involved, one primary contact must be designated to ensure clear communication.
