The GP Access Project is all about finding out about patients’ experiences of getting support for wellbeing and mental health in GP Surgeries across Sheffield.
We expect there to be a number of follow up projects e.g. running a wellbeing group at a Surgery. Would you complete this form if you'd like to be involved in these follow up initiatives.
The project has been pioneering by Tammy Raines and Lived Experience Sheffield after an initial pilot and is now being facilitated by the Mental Health Collaborative, part of ReThink Mental Health's work in Sheffield.
