We will be running six health and wellbeing Local train-the-trainer programmes across the country until the end of April 2025. The course is designed to make participation as easy and engaging as possible through online learning spaced over c. 2 months and involves:
  • Experiencing the programme as a participant (1 full online day)
  • Practicing leading the programme (3 x half-day online sessions)
  • Three Communities of Practice (each 2 hours long)
